No access to your email address
If you no longer have access to the email address on your record, click the ‘Change email and activate’ button to enter a new email address and activate your account
We advise against adding work email addresses to your record as these can be changed at your employer’s discretion, causing you to miss notices about your fees or renewals.

Your application number should be two letters followed by numbers, with no spaces. For example, AA123456.
Your postal code or zip code can be in any format, with any spacing.
