Your registration number
Please enter your registration number without any additional characters or spaces. Your registration number should be a series of letters followed by numbers, with no spaces. For example, ABC123456.
Your email address
Please enter the email address that we hold on your record. This is probably the email address you registered with, unless you’ve updated it.
No access to your email address
If you no longer have access to the email address on your record, click the ‘Change email and activate’ button to enter a new email address and activate your account.
We advise against adding work email addresses to your record as these can be changed at your employer’s discretion, causing you to miss notices about your fees or renewals.

You only need to activate your account once. If you already have an activated account, you can log in here where you’ll also be able to reset your password if forgotten.
